Happy Monday! Hope your week is off to a great start! Just wanted to share a quick scrapbook page of Adelaide's first visit to the farm. I fell in love with this cloud paper the minute I received it, and it was the focus for the page. I wanted to add in some coordinating 'happy' colors such as teal, yellow and pink, which led me to Maggie Holmes' fabric polaroid frames. The page took off from there. The little bag was the icing on top, when I realized the colors matched perfectly.
Sometimes the supplies lead you in the direction they want to go. :)
You just have to let it happen.
For your next project, pick your favorite item in your supply stash, and build your page around it. As with anything artistic and creative, it's helpful to be in love with the focal point of your page, whether it's the photo, the paper, or the technique(s) you're using. Let the rest of your page flow from there.
